Back Seat Driver

Austin keeps reminding me to drive with both hands on the wheel and then he strains his neck to make sure I'm doing it......my two and a half year old backseat driver!

My Early Wake Up Call

Clayson woke me up at 5:20 on Wednesday morning to tell me that he wanted to help me clean the house later....well, alrighty....not sure why that couldn't wait until the morning but I'll take it when I can get it.

Swim Party

Friday night we had a swim party at Tricia's house. Here's some pictures of the swimmers.

All Star Baseball

Last weekend Clayson played in the All Star Baseball tournament. It was so fun to watch because they announced their names as they came up to bat and then after each good play they made. Clayson's team won the first game but lost the final game. They had a great time playing but it was hard to play two games back to back.

NAS...what?!

Most of you know that Clayson is really into NASCAR. We were watching the horse race on Saturday and Clayson made the connection of the horses and cars both racing on an oval track. So he asked, "Mom, are these NAShorses?" Too funny!

Austin's first fish

This weekend the boys and I went to Lytle to stay with my parents while Trent went fishing with his buddies at the coast. We took the boys fishing and Austin caught alot of big fish and all Clayson could catch were the little ones. He never once complained about catching small fish but he asked me if I could tell his dad that he caught one of the big ones.....that's a true fisherman for you....always exaggerating.

Annoying

We were at Cabela's yesterday and Austin heard a kid crying. He looked at me and said, "He's crying. That's annoying!" I confirmed, "That's annoying?" and Austin said yes. Then I told him to remember that the next time he throws a fit!

Clayson's Graduation

Clayson graduated from Preschool on the 23rd. Papa and Grammie came in town to watch him walk the stage. Papa gave him many suggestions on how to walk and what he should do while walking (moonwak, blowing kisses, etc) but Clayson chose the old fashioned way...thankfully!
